Job Summary:

As a Real Estate Support Agent - Phone Calls, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing client inquiries, providing information on available properties, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general administrative tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate and enjoys interacting with clients.


  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls from clients and provide prompt, professional, and accurate information and assistance
  • Answer client inquiries regarding property listings, rental applications, property availability, and general real estate services
  • Follow up with clients to gather feedback on property viewings and provide additional support as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and update the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Collaborate with real estate agents, property managers, and other team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation as required
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, property listings, and relevant real estate regulations


  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the real estate industry (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients
  • Proven ability to handle high call volumes and remain professional and composed under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate-related certifications or training is a plus
